Adding new column options to a check batch

I am not sure if I made this in the correct category or not, I am new to GP dynamics! I am wanting to add vendor check name as a column to a check batch. Is there a way to do this? I know that you can select some predetermined options for columns, but I want to be able to add my own options. Thanks for the help!

Create Quickview Form with the fields required from the contact entity and then add this in opportunity form. This is quick and easy way to achieve without any customization
