I am using D365 online and using new UCI.
Where can I find form editor in new UCI

Hi Babu,
You still need to resort to the web interface for form editor.
Go to "Gear Icon" -> Advanced Settings -> Customizations -> Customize the System/Solutions
Find your entity, expand it, select Forms and double click on the form you want to customize.
