Hi Everyone, I hope you are all well.

I'm just after some pointers to get started with Dynamics. I've been setting up Hubsport, but don't really see the point in investing so much time when I have a MAPS license for Dynamics. Only after the basic CRM functions for now, but would like to start my journey in the most productive way with the thought that as I learn, I can steer clients in this direction as well.

So far I can get to the Lifecycle Services, but don't see how this then get me to Sales, Custoemr Service etc.

I have started Trials for these, hoping that when signing it it might recognise my partner email address and give me full versions.

I don't expect a full training session, but any links to videos or tutorials to get past this would be appreciated as all I can find online is how to use them once they are set up.

Hi Phil1975,

I'm unfamiliar with Lifecycle Services. You could try to sign in https://make.preview.powerapps.com/ then navigate to Apps to go into Sales and Custoemr Service.

Hey Phil.

Lifecycle services is usually on the FinOps part or for using pipelines. If you want to start provisioning the CRM part, you have to go to admin.powerplatform.com. From there, you can provision new environments with the apps you need.

Thank you everyone for all your help. MS Support have now that this cannot be done with a MAPS license.
