Exporting Individual Entity

So I am somewhat new to Dynamics and need some assistance. I am migrating from On prem to online and need to export individual entities. I have already exported the entire solution but looking to export individual entity...Any resource I could use. Everything that I have found it is exporting the data...don't need that. Thank you for the assistance.

Great answer by Omar here... Also look into the Configuration Migration Tool to assist as well in the data...

When you say individual entities, why don't you create a solution, add that entity to it and export that solution? If that is not what you mean, can you please explain the problem in detail?

Also because of where I am at, I can not use the XRMtoolbox.
