Add Multiple Segments in RTM Journey

Is it possible to to include multiple segments in a Dynamics 365 Marketing app Real-Time journey like you can in Outbound? If it is, it is not obvious and I can't figure it out. :-) 
 
Does anyone know? This information, if a user can or cannot add multiple segments in a RTM journey, is not in the tutorial documentation.

    Hi partner,
    Unfortunately, we can't add multiple segments in the RTM Journey currently.
    Not like outbound marketing customer journey design, only one segment lookup can select segment on the journey, which is by-design.
    1.You can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.
    Ideas (dynamics.com)
    Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
    2.Alternatively, you can create a new segment to combine as many segments as you want.
