I have a GL transaction entry screen with Extender detail windows added. Is there a way to populate the Extender fields in a GL integration routine?

Please make sure you have backups before importing into Extender using the Imports section.
Tools-->Extender-->Extender-->import. This will help you to import the extender information.
After integrating the GL transaction using IM, you can use this import window to import extender details.
I hope it will hep you.
No there is not a way to using Integration Manager to import in Extender information. A great product suggestions though.
