Open in a new window upon a new button click

Hi all,

I am trying to place a button using the ribbon workbench in contact form. On click of the button I am opening a link to a website.

My requirement is to open that link in new window above my contact form. But now on click of the button it is opening the new link in the same window where my contact record goes away.

Please suggest the steps to achieve this.

I assume you have used URL Command action to open URL. Refer below screenshot for your solution.

Hi Yadnyesh,

I am not sure how did you go there. Is thenscreen shot you posyed is in ribbon workbench ot something different.

I used command action in ribbon workbench.

can you please tell me the steps

Hi,

Yes. I used HTML version of ribbon workbench which comes with XrmToolkit.

Can you share screenshot of your configuration?

I went through the ribbon workbench. I achieved opening in a new window, but is there any way that I can reduce the size of the window so that I can see my background screen. If so can you please tell me the steps.
