While in store operations POS, If I bring up the Find Item screen and leave up for a period of time, the POS screen will freeze and I have to close the program and restart it. Has anyone else seen this issue and if so what did you do to fix it...

I believe this is the same setting as in Administrator. We did try this and still has same result.
Can you check the list refresh time set in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Retail Management System\Store Operations\POSUser\Register\ListRefreshRate ? Try increasing the value and check how it goes. Need to restart the POS after every changes you make.
Version is 2.0.1006 and about 4,500 items
What is the exact POS version number you are using? How many items are their in your 'Item' table?
This is not an HQ customer . We are using Retail Realm software for IPADS to process credit cards and a customer loyalty program as well.
