A client is having an issue with adding contracts back onto a service call.
Prior to the upgrade, if they removed a contract from a service call the system would ask if they wanted to update the billable percentages. This is still happening. What is no longer happening, is when they add a contract back onto a service call – the system no longer asks if they want the billable percentages updated and the system does not do it automatically. They are then having to go in to each one manually. Is there a fix or work around for this.
