bc modified data not detected so not synchronised with crm

hi all

We have a D365BC W1 16.19 (Platform 16.0.35120.0 + Application 16.19.35126.0) which is integrated with our CRM D365Sales 2023.

BC holds the inventory and data is synchronised with CRM.

We have a situation where we need to update prices monthly and I was hoping we are able to do this via config packages using the bare minimum of fields (item no, desc, last direct price).

However when i do this, BC is updated correctly but the integration syncronisation job does not detect modified data so does not push down the data into CRM!

Any ideas what I am missing?

thanks

j.

I guess that all depends on how your integrations is built and configured.

Is this an integration you have built yourself or is it a 3. party integration?

Hi, I checked the standard documentation, and the synchronization of Sales Prices is supported. This looks a bit like the modify trigger is not implemented in Business Central. Is it possible to synchronize the data by manually running the synchronization?

Also pay attention to whether the "Coupled to CRM" field is cleared.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
