Report as finished Journal - Item doesn't have unit sequence group id error

Hello All,

I am using production orders in AX 2012 R3. After the "start" phase of production order I am using Report as finished and I am getting below error and still status showing as "start".

Hi Ali,

It is not a advanced warehouse item and item is controlled by SiteWHLoc.

hi Saj,

If you are using advanced warehouse management in your configuration, you have to setup "Unit sequence group" located in released products under warehouse management tab.

Please refer to below link for Set up a unit sequence group and unit of measure conversions.

Hi Ludwig,

Yes I checked my items and all items are assigned with "ea" unit.Few items are controlled by SiteWHLoc and few are SiteWh.

Have you checked your item setup especially the units assigned for inventory transactions, etc.
