Procedure to Import Mail from MS CRM to another CRM through web service

I am currently importing emails from MS dynamics using a web service[.NET] into My in-house developed CRM. I am unable to retain the original header when they import this using their Web Service.Can anyone please tell me the procedure to import all email to another CRM through web service.

What kind of header you are saying?

You can check the email entity attributes. There is a body attribute which will give you the email content in HTML format?

Different CRM works differently, you might need to figure out how the CRM structure and data types can fit into your own CRM.

When we open the email form in email entity means there will be 3 section in that form editor Header, Footer,Body I am able to get the body content not able to view Header and Footer part Please guide me I have attached the problem image with red block please note that issue help me to fix it.

Footer part

After I use web service to get all mails from dynamic crm to my company custom build CRM I am not able to get this header and footer part in email form. I am only getting the body part.
