Hi everyone,

I wonder if I need to set up the Print Management or a link to Microsoft outlook to link customers' invoices to their email addresses. My goal is, when I click on the customer's invoice, it gives me an option to email that invoice to the customer without going to my email, create a new email, then attach the invoice, and then send. I want to email directly from D365.

Hi Kim Johnson,

First of all you need to setup email parameter to specify exchange server or SMTP

then you need to setup print management

this blog talks about 2012 but it still valid for d365.

Hi Ievgen,

Under the EMAIL section, I cant' seem to find this step. Users > Active users > User > Edit mailbox permissions > Send email from this mailbox. Is it in Outlook or D365 Office?

Apparently, I'm missing something. The Statement to contact is not active. Could somebody please shed light on this process? Thanks so much!

It says " You can configure Send As permissions in the Office 365 admin center " so you need to go to Office 365 admin center
