AX Client doesn't connect to the AOS

Hi,

I have a Training environment where the Service Account was changed, after that they cannot connect the client from any machine with the AOS Server, although its working perfectly(Client can connect) from within the AOS Machine. While trying to access the Client, it gets crashed and the event viewer shows following error,

Application: Ax32.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException
at <Module>._wWinMainCRTStartup()

I have tried finding places where the old account might've got stuck and found some in the registry which I changed but no luck yet.

Help appreciated.

    Hello Abdul,

    Try clearing the users .auc files from the users profile where the client is running from. So for example if your running the client from Remote session then you have to clear it from the RDS/Citrix server. If your running the client locally. Then clear the .auc files on the users computer. Files ae located at C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local

    Pleas check below

    - Re- install client

    - Refreshing WCF .

    - check kernel and application versions matched ??

    - clear usage data

    Yes Abdul Khaliq we have done it.  Refreshing WCF we used to do it when we have issues with web-services.
