Hi,
we have installed a new Trial Project Operations (resource/non-stocked scenario).
After some tests, we feel like it's just a Project Service Automation - Trial.
I´m looking forward to the exchange.

I'm also having a pretty similar first impressions, not sure also where is the F&O side of things, using a separate new tenancy to be sure.

How I found it so far and as it was explained to me originally if it helps.
Project Operations is 70% PSA, 10% URS, 10% Project for the Web and the rest are components on Dynamics Finance platform (similar to Project Accounting in Finance/AX)
For the Deployment variant - PO for stocked/production order scenarios, it is completely correct and I agree with you.
But the issue is that the deployment variant (PO for resource/non-stocked scenarios) offers no integration, only a export function to Project for the web and has no F&O connection (what´s correct and described in the Docu). So it must be another difference to PSA, which i do not see yet - if there is a difference at all ;-)
