Cant change channel for Channel Summary Report

Hello everyone,

I would like to use the channel summary report, as reporting tool for our retail channel performance.

Unfortunately I can only select one channel in the parameters in the report and am currently unable to figure out how to add more channels to it.


Could you please tell me where I can find the setup for these parameters? Thank you!

Org. Hierarchies are setup like the following:

    Hello Micheal

    pleas try going to organization hierarchy  purpose and select your hierarchy as defualt one as per screen shot below

    I am not aware about any job should be executed related to Organization hierarchies.

    Did you read all the doc I sent you a link earlier and all related articles linked on it?

    docs.microsoft.com/.../channels-org-hierarchies

    Is this issue only in this report or in all of retail reports?

    I would leave this question also for community to look at if someone had the same.

    Hi Ramune,

    thank you very much for your quick response. We actually DO have org. hierarchies setup.

    Might there be a specific org. purpose that i have to assign or a batch job that I have to run?

    I have posted our current setup in the original post.

    Hi Michael,

    It seems so you do not have Organization hierarchies. There is a screenshot of the report in our standard Contoso - as you can see, we can extract the list and see store per region:

    There is an example how standard Organization hierarchies are created in Contoso:

    Clicking on View button, we see structure like that:
