OpenEHR to FHIR conversion

Hi,

Is there any way to convert data from OpenEHR to FHIR and get it through Azure FHIR API?

I´ve seen this example Architecture on https://github.com/microsoft/health-architectures where ut shows that EHR data can be passed through the HL7v2 Conversion component and delivered to the Azure API for FHIR. But can´t find any example of how to make this.

I want to use this architecture as a starting ground for deployment in Azure. At the moment deploying an OpenEHR solution. I'm missing this integration into the API for FHIR environment.

Can someone point me to some docs or maybe examples about how to implement this? I can't find any info online on this matter.
