Hi,
I am using Dynamic 365 V8 on-Prem. I am using Sub-Grid on the form. when I click the + sign on the right corner to add record, the record should stay (show) on the sub-grid, but it does not show (Stay) there. However, if I click Open View button (icon) on the right of + icon, I can see the records are added there properly.
This is the Set Properties:
Data Source:
Records: Only Related Records
Entity: I chose an existing entity
Default View: I chose a view of above entity
View Selector: Off
Display Chart Selection: checked
Available on phone: checked
so my question is why the added records are not showing on the sub-grid on the form?
Are there any logic or extra steps I need to do in order to show them on sub-grid?
