Is there a way to move customization developed in certain model to another model ?

When I try to do this I face the below issue :
I have two models I will name them A& B to simplify the description .
Both models are in application suite model as a result from upgrade process.
I have an object originally in model A and it is customized model B . I need to move customization to model A ( the original model of the object).
when I try to cut the customization from model B and paste it in model A ( using the projects) I face the above attached error
Both are in the same layer ISV layer
This is applicable for code and this is what I actually do.
But If I have enum or table I have to repeat the customization again so I try to find a systematic way to do merge
