Hi All,

Could somebody please give me some advice?

I just inherited CRM as part of my 365 tenancy in a new role and I have few users receiving the following error

"You don't have permissions to these records or something may be wrong with the site map."

Could somebody be advise which area's to check for this use or a link to a support document?

    Hi,

    Try open developer tool and see if you can find more error details there, normally it will provide you additional details about the entity.
