Is it possible to create a custom FastTab? We're looking to add a series of custom shipping instruction fields on the address record and would love to arrange them under a custom FastTab called "Shipping instructions". Is there a way to do this using out-of-the-box functionality?

The functionality in OOTB is very limited and I'm afraid it's not possible to customize these:

In fact, I think the JS can do is add a new quick tab to the item card page:
