Auto Pick and put work item

HI All,

I have a scenario where for the sales order outbound process the work has to be auto completed with a pick and put. Please suggest how this can be handled,

Hi Karunkaran,

You may have to complete the outstanding work in the open work sections. I don't think so there is any auto completion of work option in WMS.

Hi Karunkaran,

In case you would like to automatically process work that has been created when a wave is released you can use the "automatically process" checkbox that is located on the work template.

Navigation: Warehouse management > Setup > Work > Work templates > Overview > Automatically process.

Hi Karunkaran,

I don't know if that is available as a standard feature. But, you can do that using customization. I think the only thing need to complete work is a user id thru which work will complete (Of course, inventory at pick location). Also, remember if your work order requires a Target license plate, you have to specify that also to complete work.

As Alice mentioned, set "Automatically process", and specify the default user in the WHS parameters. The auto-completion will not work with serial numbers or batches, though.
