I am interested in moving my current client as far away from paper as possible. Right now, when there is "forensic" work taking place to figure out "who, what, why, etc." someone has to go pull the hard copy of the invoice and the back-up docs. Scanning in the invoice and any back-up material associated with the financial transaction in question is a chore, but I think the benefits far outweigh the cost. We would want to scan in contracts for easy access as well. Has anyone had experience with this type of thing and could you share some of your experiences with best-in-class paperless solutions that work well with GP 2010 and/or GP 2013? Thanks in advance!
