run-time error 9; Subscript out of range

Hi, I am trying to generate a report in Report Launcher but keep getting these errors. If I login as a SA it works fine, but not as a user.

8900- FRX is unable to open a connection to GL database because the login or pwd is incorrect. Verify and try again.

91 - object variable or with block variable not set

3704 - operation is not allowed when the object is closed.

 

OR

 

Run - time error '9' - Subscript out of lunch

    This issue occurs if the user does not have access to all companies in GP that are included with the FRx report. If the report is not using a tree, the user only needs access to the company selected in the catalog. If the report is using a tree, the user will need access to all of the companies in the tree.

    Jake is correct. Have you checked the user permission in GP for all companies if the report contains tree? or check the user permission for appropriate company in GP?
