I need your help.
We have migrated the Open Sales orders from Legacy system into D365 FO via Data Management. We have a problem now, as when the Sales Order line (Status Open or Delivered) is edited to update the Unit Price, the Unit Price Disappears automatically and cannot save the new Unit price. However net Amount remains as it is.
Can you please suggest, what could be the cause of this issue?
