Hi,

We are trying to PRINT any Sales - Credit Memo but we receive this message:

Record(114) is not compatible with Codeunit.Run(Record(112)).

How can I know how it is related to?

Hello,

There were a few community postings on this matter, e.g.:

community.dynamics.com/.../record-is-not-compatible-with-codeunit-run-record-37-error

I assume that your BC is customized via an extension? Does the scenario reproduce in an unmodified standard database? If yes, then please report it via your CSP or partner so we can look at it together.
