D365 SSO Integration with another Tenant

Currently, our Team are working to migrate a Taiwan Company (Taiwan Tenant) into our Tenant for M365 Services and being the ASEAN HQ, we would need to migrate our Corporate Affiliates into one single tenant for proper management.

Example

ASEAN Tenant name - asean.onmicorsoft.com

Taiwan Tenant name - taiwan.onmicrosoft.com

The M365 Services will be migrated to our side without any issue, and their custom domain will be removed from their current tenant and will be incorporated into our tenant. They will be using their existing ID to log in to our domain.

1. Taiwan currently has Dynamics 365 Business Central and they will like to integrate with SSO on our end to continue to log in with the existing ID, which they are using to log in to Business Central, are we able to integrate SSO with their D365 Business Central?

2. Would they need to migrate any data from their existing ID to the SSO after the SSO integration?
