Is it possible to have the description on the Sales Invoice lines, post to the GL Entry table?
Yes, through personalization add Posting Description to Sales Invoice and you can:
- modify default value
- value of this field is copied to GL Entry Table
Also there is already a planned feature for October 2019 release that will allow line descriptions there as well. Stay tuned...
