
We recently upgraded to Dynamics SL 2011 FP1 and on our first payroll, the Garnishments and the All Other Deduction Types are not deduction on the Employees Payroll Check. They are each subject ot All Work Locations, Employee Deduction, No Base, Fixed Amount or Fixed Percent, and Fixed Pct/Rate = 0. The Fixed Amount or Percent is on the Employees Deduction section. The Deductions are attached to the Earnings Type.
The same deductions deducted before the Upgrade...now they don't.

This problem doesn't sound familar. I have a couple of questions:
1 – what version did you upgrade from?
2 – if you run calculation, then look at the review/edit check screen, does the garn/all other deduction show in the bottom grid? If so, is there an amount in the CurrSubjDed column?
