Infolog not displayed for the user

Hi all,

Infolog not displaying for the user although the infolog detail level is All.

But the same was working when the system administrator role add's up with the user.

Any suggestions/ thoughts?

    All AX interactive user logins should have the System User role, make sure they have that.

    Also check if the log you are referring to is not suppressed from code ie. only showing for certain users, or groups, or maybe it only fires if the code reaches a certain point/business logic, which could require security permissions on a table.

    Broken CIL could also be the culprit, in the Options for the user try unticking Execute business operations in CIL settings on the Development tab.

    Hi Vilmos,

    Thanks for your response and we do have system user role for the user as it is mandatory for every user and  full CIL is successful. Also we aren't suppressing the infolog in code.

    Any thoughts?

    You could try to run the following command in an elevated Command Prompt with a local administrator account on the users' PC or Remode Desktop Server, to clean up the application user cache file in case of incorrect code being cached. For this to work correctly the user must close AX beforehand.

    CD \Users

    DEL *.AUC /S

    Make sure that the executable version for Ax32.exe is matching the version with Ax32serv.exe, the AX AOS and the client must have the same kernel hotfix version. You could try applying the latest kernel.

    Just an after thought, also try to clear usage data (Options > Usage data > Reset )
