When trying to create a time and attendance report in Atlas this is generating an issue with the time format, although it is showing in 24 hours within AX when Atlas is used it converts this to 12 hours so cannot be used for time calculations.
This issue has occurred with more than one user within the company so is not specific to a single user/single machine.
A 3rd party support company added a 'fix' to the spreadsheet/report but this has made the report run very slowly, it is taking 30 minutes to refresh which is far too long.
Atlas is the only reporting tool we have access to and we need this to be working correctly and not taking an excessive amount of time to run..
Can you think of a reason that the time format issue may be occurring? The regional settings on the actual desktop PC have been adjusted but this does not seem to help the issue.
