Adding Service back in to the navigation

I am working in the CRM 2013 environment.

A previous CRM admin managed to remove the Service "tab" from on of my security roles. They can no longer see Service in their navigation.

I would like this role to be able to access the Service area but I can't figure out how to do that. I have allowed access to all the areas in the service in the security role. However when I mouse over the navigation, while in that users security role,  the drop down has everything but Service.

I figure it is an easy fix, I just can't figure out what it is.

I would grab the XRM Toolbox here: xrmtoolbox.codeplex.com

There is a sitemap editor in there.  Check and see if a special filter hasn't been added at the sitemap to hide it from a User Role.  Maybe even manually remove it and add it back in, if needed.

If none of that does it, you might even want to set up a vanilla CRM instance, export just the sitemap, and import it into your current org.  This will remove your sitemap customizations, but will also give you a fully-functional slate to work from.

Thanks for your quick reply. I've downloaded the toolbox and I will give it a try.
