I hope this email finds you well, currently we have a client having microsoft office in a different tenant managed by go daddy, and their business central is in another tenant when we make the integration between the outlook with business central it wasn't work, i know that the integration tool between outlook and business central lies on the storage of all BC and outlook at one tenant, i wonder if there another way to connect the outlook from go daddy with business central in a different tenant.
As far as I know this cannot be done. The standard must be in the same home tenant.
This is not limited to Outlook, Onedrive, Teams and other integrations also have this limitation.
