Valid Reporting Tree Unit - Management Reporter and GP 2013

From GP 2013 I can run a Trial Balance for all 20+ companies to retrieve account balances. However, when I go to Management Reporter and try to pull these same Trial Balances, all of them work except for 1 particular company.  What could cause this issue?  I'm sure its some sort of setting with the company in GP, but I'm not sure what.

    One issue that I have seen before is that Management Reporter requires at least one period of a Fiscal Calendar to be open.

    Thanks, but there are open periods for this year on this company.

    Do you have any errors showing in the Management Reporter Configuration Console or Windows Event Log?

    It shows complete in the Report Queue Status without and warnings or errors.  I'm not sure if that is the same thing as the MR Configuration Console or Windows Event Log though. I've only been using Mgmt Rptr for a couple weeks.

    Our GP partner, Sikich, found the solution.  Thanks everyone for your responses.  ---The issue was actually with the way the Account Format names were set up in this one company. They were different from the other companies, and this was confusing Management Reporter. In other companies, the segments are set to Segment1, Segment2 and Segment3. In this company, they were set to Department, Main, etc. The segment names need to be the same in all companies, for Management Reporter to work properly.---
