
We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Version 1612 (8.2.2.112) (DB 8.2.2.112) on-premises and we have problem with Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. When some user try track email to CRM for record with & or " in name, tracking is failed. Response for request to server for update item is "The request failed schema validation: An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 81, position 31." Is any update for synchronization service?

I have the same question (0)This is actually a known issue and it's fixed on 8.2.2.339. It's not available out there so you'll need to open a support ticket to get the patch
