Hello!
Long story short, we've been having fits with WebApps. Finally get through a bunch of things, and now we're stuck on a new error in the log files. Has anyone seen this?

Things we have looked into:
1. Week Ending dates. All dates are valid and have been entered through the end of 2015.
2. Employee Hire/Rate dates. These also check out - Employee has a rate and a date of hire.
3. Project Period vs. Financial Period - Both are still in period 2 and have not closed yet to go into Period 3.
What are we missing?
Thanks for your help!
