Hello
I installed the local virtual machine FinanceAndOperations. Updated to version 52 of the platform. When you try to click import users (System administration \ manage users) or batch import, it gives an error. "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized" or "The service you are trying to reach is currently unavailable. Please contact your System Administrator for further assistance." Could you tell me what settings need to be made for this function to work?
Hi Vasili,
Please try "Import users" function and then mark users that you want to import and click on "OK"
by the way you have an alternative to import user via Data management and entity "User information".
Hi. The error appears before users are selected. Right after clicking on "import users".
Is it UAT or Dev environment?
Do you have sys admin access?
Can you check with system administrator if all required services running (e.g. Batch framework)
If you using VM, a workaround is import the users without using the wizard (e.g. via Data management).

Thanks for the answer. I am an administrator in both environments. I already read this article and unfortunately it did not help me. I am aware of the option in manual import, but I would like to understand why there is no unloading from Azure AD. Perhaps you need to configure something or give additional access? The developers claim that in earlier versions, the import of users worked.
I suggest you register the url with your with Azure portal by creating and application.
Check this link.

This article https ://erpcoder.blog/2022/04/12/admin-provisioning-tool-error-the-values-length-for-key-password-exceeds-its-limit-of-128/I already used this article when upgrading to version 52 of the platform. The URL was previously registered.
Hi Vasily,
As far as I have used local VMs, the import of users does not work. It does work correctly on cloud hosted environments. The local VMs do have some Azure emulators which are not a real cloud solution to be able to connect to all other Azure services.
Thanks for the answer. I understood you. The easiest option in my case would be loading in manual mode.
