How to change defaults in Business Central

Hello all,
 
Our users want to change a default setting when they are entering time sheets. 
The radio button on the pop screen defaults to the second option, and they want to have it on the first option. 
 
Is there any way, we can change this to default to the highlighted option.

    As far as I know its not something that can be changed out of the box without customization.
