When i have a old user that the only thing iv made was remove license and need to activate it again the offline says there´s no permission, but then i create a new user and it works.

Iv checked the info on the user but everything seems to be ok.

Any idea why? Thanks

You may need to assign a role to the user again once it has been assigned a license and re-enabled.

    See www.microsoft.com/.../assign-a-security-role-to-a-user.aspx

    Hi,

    Way to move

    1. Assign license to the users and if you have removed the roles while disabling them, you need to assign them the roles again.

    2. If you have any Security Groups for the CRM implementation you need to assign them to that group as well.

    3. Check if the user has Read-Write access mode and not Administrative access mode in the user record (image below)

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

"...need to activate it again the offline says there´s no permission"

What do you mean by this exactly?

What steps are you taking to re-activate this user and at what point do you get an error?

Or are you able to reactivate them as far as you can tell but then something they try to do gives an error?

What has "offline" to do with this?

What says there is no permission? When you do what? What is the exact wording of the error?
