Hello,

I have a client that is trying to upload an EFT file to their bank for the first time since their GP 2013 upgrade. They never had a problem before and the vendors are not new. Any thoughts on what might have changed since the GP upgrade?

Hi Carolyn - is it the CCT+ file format, by any chance? Steve Endow has a post out on issues he has seen here:

Hi David,

Thank you for the link. When I compare their current EFT file to their old EFT file it looks the same. The client is using the CCD+ format type, however I do not believe the Detail Line Addenda box is checked. I read the blog and I do not see a work around for this issue.
