We received a complaint from our business -

When there is long list of contacts under an account and user want to see the last column of the first few contacts in contact tab, he has to scroll down to the end of the list to move the bottom scroll bar to the right. They want to have the scroll bar visible at the end of the visible part of the browser window instead of scrolling down.

Below screen print is contact tab in account entity. The request is - When account has lot of contacts, the grid should stop resizing itself when it reaches the bottom of the visible part of the browser window as i marked in screen print and scroll bars should appear.

Currently it is showing 100 records in a page as shown in below screen print. Is it possible to restrict the number of records in a page to 10 or 20? so that bottom scroll bars appear  within the visible area of browser window.

    Hi partner,

Yes, we can set the number of rows of the sub-grid to a smaller value.

    Here is my test.

In the beginning, the sub-grid had 250 rows, so we had to scroll down to the end of the list to move the bottom scroll bar to the right.

Then I edit the form, double-click the sub-grid, under Formatting tab, change "Number of Rows" to 10. We can move the bottom scroll bar to the right without having to scroll down to the end of the list.
