Site Builder: Product Recommendations module is not appearing on the site

I created a curated product recommendation list in HQ and ran the jobs. In site builder, I'm able to add a product recommendation list module and select the curated list I created. However, After saving edits and publishing the page, I still do not see the product recommendation list appearing on the site. This is happening on mulitple pages that I've added this module to. Any suggestions?

For this environment, was the recommendations SKU purchased?

If you want to see how your products would be ranked with the recommendations service, you would need to purchase a Recommendations SKU.

NOTE: The Reco Demo Mock is great for demo customer environments if you are looking at the appearance of recommendations lists, without having to pay the COGS for using the Reco service. Obviously, the Demo Mock is only for demo purposes, and cannot be used for Production, but it’s an easy way to get recommendations up and running.

Here's a screenshot for reference. Confirming I've saved the edits and published the page before writing this post. The module is still not populating on any of my pages.

Hi Todd,

Can you clarify what you mean by recommendations SKU? I want to test out how a curated recommendations list would look on a page. Do I need to purchase a service for using a curated recommendations list?
