We are on AX 2012 R3 CU12. Looking under Help -> About and then the available models it looks to me that we do have this hotfix already.
However the system still behaves that when the charges are written back to the purchase order, it re-sets the charge type to "Fixed" always. Regardless of what is set on the carrier in the TMS module.
This hotfix claims to fix that. We downloaded it and I want to see what code it affects. However the txt-file that is supposed to have this information only direct me to a website:
