Hi All,

I am trying to export data by Excel, but an error appears when I try to export it using Microsoft Add ins /Record for Id - {F78EACE6-74A4-449C-BF5D-4AB621EBA108} not found. in D365 FO/

Any hint?

Please give us more information about your problem. For example, does it happen with a single entity only? If so, which one? Did it work before? If so, what has changed? Does it happen with all data in all environments? How are you running the export? Have you tried different ways?

Hi Waed,

Did you do a database refresh in your environment ? If yes, 'Document templates' might cause this issue. These are not copied during database refresh. In such case, identify the templates that are needed and reload the copy .
