I am trying to create a custom label template in CRM using Word templates, but I can't seem to start from anything except a standard Word document? I have a template for the layout in Word, but I don't know how to use this to create a template in CRM to which I can add fields using the developer?
I am a first time poster, so apologies if this is too basic a question for this forum :)

Did you ever figure this out? I'm trying to do this right now. But every time I add a label it doesn't have the correct XML mapping part in the drop down menu. Any ideas?
