How to avoid filter when we click on one action.

Hi Guys,
 
I have faced on issue on my Quotation worksheet page.
 
I have one page. Quotation worksheet, on that page there is one i.e., send for approval.
when I click on this action, one filter is automatically applied on the page.
how to avoid this filter? because I don't want that filter on my page.
 
Below image shows that automatic filter applies on page:
 
Note: There is no code written for that filter.
Is any way to do this.

    Hi, I haven't seen this page in a standard environment either.
    You can open Page Inspection to check whether it is a standard function according to the Object ID of this page.
     
    Object Ranges in Business Central

    There is no any customization done apart from mine.

    And i didn't use set selection filter also anywhere

    How to avoid filter when we click on one action.
    That is either an Extension or a Customization in your environment.  You'll need to reach out to your partner or the product developer to answer your question.
