Hello, why some user the CTRL-E key doesn't work in the application Dynamics NAV and some other user it's working ?

I have encountered a similar issue for other shortcuts because I have another application that was using the same shortcut in my case it was the dell application and Snagit. Please check your running applications.
Hello, but we don't have Snagit, we use the screenshot of Microsoft ?
I am not saying SnagIT is the only application, it could be any other application that has same shortcut.
