GP2013 PO template email is not working

All,

I have a PO word template and we are trying to email out as a test. We can email from outlook with the user logged in and email a text or PDF. When you hit the print button and select the email option it appears to generate as it says generating email and it shows template processing. However we get nothing. Is there a log of some where I can see what is happening after the process is done? We added a big section of terms and conditions so i thought that might be the issue however the base template will not email either. I have tried both the MAPI and Exchange methods. Not sure if this makes a difference but we are using a delivery shipping method. Any help would be appreciated.
