The user has 3 new deductions attached to a life insurance benefit. When they check the boxes to allow arrears, etc, they do not get an error. However, after they click Save, if they go back in, the boxes are unchecked.
Are they missing something in the benefit/deduction setup? They have not had this issue before and everything seems to be working ok.
