Integration manager will not open when trying to open from GP 9.
It will open from "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\Integration Manager\IM.exe" start menu.

1) Make sure the following entries are in your DEX.INI file:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\Integration Manager\IM.exe
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\Integration Manager\IMRun.exe
Of course, the folders should match those in your system, but the above are the defaults.
2) If the above does not resolve your issue, then check to make sure your Dynamics.set has an entry for the IM.DIC dictionary file. If it is not, locate the IM.cnk and then put this in the GP code folder then restart GP. The IM.cnk can be located in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\Integration Manager\Adapters\GP Destination
3) If the above does not work, verify that Integration Site Enabler is selected. On the Help menu, click About Microsoft Dynamics GP, and then click Options. In the Module section, locate Integration Site Enabler and verify the Registered column shows a check mark for this item.
4) If Integration Site Enabler is registered, check for security access to Integration Site Enabler
a) On the Tools menu, point to Setup, point to System, and then click Security.
b) Select the User ID and Company.
c) Select the following for Product, Type and Series:
· Product: Microsoft Dynamics GP
· Type: Microsoft Dynamics GP Import
· Series: Integration Site Enabler
d. In the Access List, double-click Integration Site Enabler to put an asterisk (*) in front of this. If one is already there, double-click two times; one time to remove and one time to add the asterisk which will toggle security.
Post back if none of the above helps.
This could be due the registration of the integration manager DLLs, will be easier to reinstall the Integration Manager.
